I am Nejc Podlogar, a full-stack developer based in Ljubljana, Slovenia. I take on a small number of contract and freelance projects at a time, alongside my existing work. I am currently open to enquiries and reviewing new projects selectively — if the problem is a good fit for what I do, I would like to hear about it.
What I take on
- Contract and freelance project work with a defined scope and deliverable.
- Mobile applications built with Flutter and Dart, or React Native and Expo.
- Web applications and marketing sites built with Next.js, React and TypeScript.
- Backend and API work in Node.js, Java with Spring Boot, or Go, including PostgreSQL schema design.
- End-to-end delivery: I can take a project from initial scoping through design, build and release.
How I work
I work from Ljubljana, Slovenia, in the Central European timezone. My client work so far has been with teams in Slovenia, and I am open to remote projects elsewhere in the EU. I work in English and Slovenian. Projects usually start with a short scoping conversation so we can agree on what is being built and what done looks like before any code is written. Pricing depends on the scope of the work, so get in touch and we can discuss it.
